The adventures are limitless in the truest sense of the word. Enjoy six ski resorts and two countries on one ski pass with the Two Countries Ski Arena. Between Nauders on the Reschen Pass and Sulden in Vinschgau, 211 kilometres of perfectly prepared slopes await adventurous winter guests.
Cross-country skiing fun at the foot of the three-thousand-metre peaks
Sulden, Trafoi, Schlinig and Martell. The most famous cross-country ski trails of the Vinschgau valley wind their way here. Enjoy the highest cross-country ski trail in Europe at 1900 metres above sea level in Sulden. The Trafoi trail at the foot of the Ortler massif and the Slingia Nordic Ski Centre, which, together with the biathlon centre in Martell, hosts international competitions, are musts for lovers of cross-country skiing.
The cross-country skiing fun gets even better. The three-country cross-country ski trail quite literally rounds off your cross-country skiing pleasure around the picturesque Lake Reschen to Nauders and back. You can enjoy active fun on 15 kilometres of cross-country ski trails full of scenic and cultural sights.
The Nordic Ski Centre - the venue for the Italian and World Junior Championships in 2008 - is a popular cross-country skiing paradise for beginners and professionals. You can enjoy a cross-country skiing experience that includes 15 kilometres of trails and 130 metres in altitude difference. Another attraction: The Nordic Ski Centre has its own cross-country ski school, changing rooms and toilets.
With a location in which snow is guaranteed, a wonderful view of the mountains of the Stilfserjoch National Park and Italy's first electronic shooting range, the Martell Biathlon has great appeal. Professionals will feel at home on the 12 km long trail and will find ideal conditions for sporting fun from the end of March to the end of November. The 270 metres of altitude difference make every training session attractive in a special way.
